What we can help with

Reports of factual errors are prioritised, because they affect everyone who arrives after you.

What we cannot help with

We are not Roblox and we are not the developers of Delta Executor. We cannot unban or recover a Roblox account, appeal a moderation decision, restore lost items or currency, fix a script that fails inside the game, or pass a request to anyone at Roblox Corporation. All of that has to go through Roblox’s own support channels.

Never send us these

We will never ask for your Roblox password, a one-time verification code, payment details, or remote access to your device. Anyone requesting those while claiming to represent this site is attempting fraud — we have no support staff, no live chat and no phone line, only the email address above.
